Pro Fuel is an alternative to Acetylene, suitable for carrying out gas welding, cutting, heating or brazing. The Profuel secondary flame burns twice as hot as acetylene and is a much safer gas to use. Acetylene primary flames reach 3100°C whereas Profuel is a little lower at 2950°C, this compared to propane at 2600°C makes a big difference. 

Please note that as this is a different gas we suggest end users adjust their settings and strongly recommend using Pro Fuel specific nozzles.

No Rental Charges

There is no rental charge for the cylinders, you just pay for the gas. We charge a deposit for the cylinder which is 100% refundable when you return the empty cylinder. You can keep a cylinder for any length of time and will not be charged any extra.

Price

The price shown on the website includes the £72 deposit for the bottle. When you return the empty bottle to us we will refund the deposit.
