Avoid scratches during washing. The scratch shield is placed in the bottom of the bucket to create a protective barrier to prevent picking up dirt and debris on your sponge or mitt. Its swirl pattern and legs act as “baffle plates” to reduce the chance of creating a “vortex” and moving the trapped dirt and debris above the shield. Designed to fit most buckets with a diameter of 238mm or more 65mm from the base. Easy to assemble.
