Description

A good value cellulose stopper putty used to fill minor imperfections, such as pinholes and scratches, in filler and primer topcoats. Can be applied by rubber or metal spreaders and is easy to sand. This product can be built up, but only apply in thin layers with at least 10 mins flash off time between each application.
